WHO?
We welcome conversion candidates, people partnered and/or raising kids with Jewish people, folks exploring Jewish ancestry, and Jews who want to fill gaps and connect more to their Judaism. If you think you might be interested, this learning community is probably for you!
This class is open to both TSM members and non-members.
WHAT?
A lively, multimedia and discussion-based exploration over 18 weeks diving into Jewish spirituality, culture, history, and traditions! Sliding scale course fee (suggested $180 and up per person; no one turned away for finances)
The class will be using the acclaimed Miller Intro to Judaism curriculum from the American Jewish University. This class is taught in partnership with the Louis & Judith Miller Introduction to Judaism Program at American Jewish University
WHEN?
Our most recent class was Wednesday evenings 7:30-9:30pm, October 26, 2022 through March 22, 2023 (with holiday breaks). Our next class is expected to start Fall 2023.
WHERE?
Temple Shalom of Medford (475 Winthrop Street, Medford, MA). Easy access to 93 and plentiful parking; just 0.7 mile from West Medford commuter rail.
WHY?
